The number of sold homes in Sandy Real Estate got better last month. There were 117 homes sold in the market according to MLS. Year over year change of sale increased 11.11 percent from 104 homes sold during July last year. Talking about its monthly change of sale, it rose 7.7 percent from 108 homes sold during June 2012.
Home sales have been for 40 median days on market. Its median sold price have reached $244,000 of which slightly went up 2.89 percent from $236,950. It?s still a seller?s market in Sandy due to 3.45 months of inventory.
Currently,? there are 404 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy of which 180 are under contract in the market.
