Coldplay, Rihanna's Official 'Princess Of China' Video Due In May

Rihanna-starring clip currently making the rounds is actually taken from Coldplay's live show, spokesperson confirms.

By now, you've probably seen the video for Coldplay's "Princess of China." It stars Rihanna as a Shiva-esque deity who waves her (many) arms back and forth in time with the tune but strangely does not actually feature Coldplay themselves.

The clip began making the rounds earlier this week and was not only touted as the "official video" but earned raves from fans of both acts. There's only one problem: It is most definitely not the actual "Princess of China" vid.

In fact, it's part of , a video they play during their performance of the song (as several Coldplay aficionados have been pointing out on YouTube). Just to clear up any confusion, we reached out to a spokesperson for the band, who told us in no uncertain terms: "It isn't the official video. ... It is, in fact, a clip that the band are using during their performance of the song on tour."

So there you have it. Of course, this raises the question of just when the real "Princess of China" video will premiere. After all, going by photos RiRi previously tweeted, the clip was filmed back in March. So, once again, we went to Coldplay's rep, who told us that the "Princess" video is still a few weeks away from debuting.

"It won't be finished until the third week of May," the spokesperson said. "It's going to be a minute."

The HRD waves through applications and searches out the best possible candidate for the vacant position that needs filled. A list of key responsibilities is given to the HRD to find the right guy for the right job.

Preparing budget and list of back ups

The best functioning HRD?s always make plans for analyzing the modern market jobs, this is due to the switching-over rate from sector to sector. HRD staff always needs to prepare for any gaps that occur via placement of substitutes. For this reason, contingent plans are thought out and back up plans are put into effect within the hierarchy of the company.

Performance Awards and Reports

The HRD is in charge of forming a defined and unbiased system for appraising performance for a given period of time. At times there are fixed increments that are awarded and define standards for each level of rating. The function of this is very necessary to provide a fair and honest award, and can help the decision for a future promotion if that is being looked into. For each staff member, they will be done individually. In certain situations, incentives may only be given to the best performers, which can help bring up the productivity of your staff into being the best they can be. The HRD keeps track of employee expectations and maintains diligent organization to ensure the companies productivity.

Staff Training

If you?re moving company has a competitive field environment, than it is important to provide the best and most efficient ways to service the industry. This can only be done with thorough and intricate training. To meet market demand and provide and effective service, staff training is one of the most important things that an HR must do.

Battery maker considering HTC One extended batteries

So you've got your shiny new HTC One X or One S, but maybe you're a little underwhelmed by its battery life. Given the phones' lack of removable batteries, you might think you're out of luck.

But aftermarket battery manufacturer Mugen Power thinks it has the answer -- user-serviceable battery replacement kits, which include instructions and tools for HTC One series owners to crack open their phones and perform a battery transplant.

A poll posting on the company's official Facebook page states --

We are looking into making extended batteries for HTC One Series phones that come with internal batteries. An intrusion manual will be provided to the user on how to open the phone and replace the internal battery with our battery with extended capacity.

As you may have seen, taking apart the One X in isn't for the feint of heart -- you'll need a generous supply of spudgers, some elbow grease and plenty of care if you want to take apart the phone and put it back together in working order. And of course doing so, even successfully, will void your warranty with HTC.

To us, this particular avenue sounds like a really bad idea, but all credit to Mugen for thinking outside the box here. Currently the self-service option leads in the company's Facebook poll, with the option to take the phone to a service center proving to be less popular.
